LEGO is an abbreviation of the two Danish words "leg godt," which means "play well." Still owned by the Kirk Kristiansen family, LEGO has come a long way over the past 85 years, having been named Toy of the Century, twice! True to its motto, ‘Only the best is good enough,’ high quality and safe products have remained the focal point for LEGO throughout the years. All LEGO products are based on the underlying philosophy of learning and development through play.
LEGOs mission is to “inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow” by helping children think creatively, reason systematically and release their potential to shape their own future. We at Blooming Minds believe no childhood experience is complete without LEGO.
