Description

The Great Wave of Kanagwa is Hokusai's most famous print that was part of the series Thirty Six Views of Mount Fuji. The series was so popular that Hokusai added 10 more prints to make the total 46 views. The Great Wave Master Kitz includes all the tools your child needs to create their own view of Mount Fuji and learning materials to deepen their understanding of the art of print making or uikyo-e as the process was known as in Japan.

Contents:
A reusable art tool box with magnetic closures, 3 custom acrylic paints (child friendly), 1 textured foam roller, 1 reusable Great Wave stencil, 1 foam stamper/print maker, 1 pencil, 2 pieces of deluxe art paper, easy to understand Hokusai learning materials, and easy to follow step-by-step instructions.

Activities and outcomes:
Children create their own masterpieces and deepen their understanding of art history and the great masters.
