Shipping & Return Policy


How long does shipping take?

  • Orders go out the same business day if ordered by noon CST and the next business day thereafter. 
  • Items shipped within the Contiguous U.S. via Standard Shipping take 3 to 5 business days for delivery.
  • Items going to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico via Standard Shipping take 3 to 7 business days. Expedited/Two-day is not available.
  • Delivery times to APO/FPO addresses can be a bit longer, because delivery to those destinations depends entirely on the US Postal Service.
  • Expedited deliveries take 2 to 4 business days.
  • Two-Day shipping takes two business days. 

Other factors can affect delivery dates like time of day that the order was placed and weekends or holidays. Always check email confirmation and tracking information.

International shipping is not available.


What is the cost of shipping?

Standard shipping is free for orders $49 and up shipping to Contiguous U.S. locations. We charge $6.95 for most single item orders. See the table below for other shipping rates. Choose your preferred shipping method during the checkout process.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: Standard (3 to 7 days) $9.95. Expedited, Two-day & One-Day are not available.

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if in new condition and in the original product packaging. We don’t charge restocking fees. We will gladly refund your original method of payment. Please contact us at 888-498-0614 or to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and return shipping address. You must pay for return shipping and you assume the risk of loss during shipping, so we suggest opting for shipment tracking.


What if I have a problem with my product after 30 days?

If discover a problem with a product after 30 days it may still be eligible for repair or replacement under its manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer’s warranty policies can vary, and are usually listed on their websites. Some manufacturers prefer that you send the product directly to them, and others require that you first return it to us. Please keep in mind that most manufacturers only cover specific defects in workmanship, not damage caused by wear and tear, and we must defer to the decision of the vendor. If you think that your product is defective and eligible for warranty, please call us so that we can go over the warranty procedure with you and determine the best course of action.


Is my information secure when I place an online order with Blooming Minds?

We use an encrypted browser connection for all transactions – look for a padlock symbol or HTTPS in your browser. Payment processing is provided by Amazon. Blooming Minds does not store your credit card information on its servers.


How do I change or cancel my order?

Because we process orders very soon after we get them there is a short window of time to change or cancel an order after it is placed. If you want to cancel or change your order we will make every effort to do so but we cannot make changes after an order has been packaged for shipping. Call us at 888-498-0614. If your order is shipped before a change can be made you can still return the item for a refund or exchange through our normal return policy.


What’s the status of my order?

As soon as your product ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Your order may ship from multiple Blooming Minds locations, so you may receive it in separate packages. If one or more of the items you ordered are not in your shipment, they should arrive soon. For confirmation, please feel free to contact our Customer Service department.


Why hasn’t my order been processed yet?

In very rare circumstances we find it necessary to place an order on hold. Examples are where the billing information was entered incorrectly, an international credit card was used, or we need more information from you to properly fulfill your order. If your order is held, we will contact you right away. It’s important to resolve the issue quickly products are not reserved and could sell out. If we can’t reach you within 2-3 business days, your order will be cancelled. We can always place a new order with the correct information.
